1930-1945: Opening address by IIMS UAE Branch Regional Director.
1945-2005: Presentation by Mr. Yaman AI Hawamdeh on OWB – Why vessels are still being arrested in the UAE.
2005-2035: Presentation by Dr Shahab Mokhtari on navigating a marine claim and the intricacies of security, LOU’s and jurisdiction
2035-2045: Question time
2045-2100: Closing address by Chairman
2100-2200: Dinner & Carriages
